How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to our "Size Guide" page in our header. We go into detail on how to pick the right size and how to care for your bandanas.
I put the wrong shipping address.. what to do?
If your package is "Returned to Sender" (us) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.
If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. As stated above, the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label as the old one is considered "used."
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our current processing time is 10-14 business days to handcraft your order. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.
Where's my order? I never received any email updates.
When you place your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. After that, you will not get an email update UNTIL your order is ready to ship. Again, our processing time is 10-14 business days so please understand and we appreciate your patience!
Can I use more than one discount code?
Sadly none of our codes are stackable so you will have to pick one.
I purchased the wrong size, how can I return my order?
Because of our product's handmade nature we do not accept returns. If you do have any concerns, feel free to reach out!
Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?
We do ship worldwide! We offer $12 flat rate shipping on all international orders.
Custom duties (international orders):
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges may occur once the package reaches its destination country. Additionally, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for customs delays.
